Responsibilities include serving as the lead international student services and retention specialist, serving as a SEVIS Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) and Designated School Official (DSO), assessing and monitoring program efficacy through student success and retention rates, developing and implementing program policies, such as cross-campus student success systems, cultural transition and retention programming, as well as overseeing administrative support staff and supervising student assistants.
